You have likely tried several different exercise methods all of which promised results. Maybe you have not exercised in years. Look no further! Here, you will see the results that some of our members have achieved. These are people just like YOU. This is real. The above line says “WE” will transform your bodies. This mean US and YOU together.
We provide you with the tools and you put in the work!
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE TO BEGIN!
BUT HERE IS WHAT IS REQUIRED:
You MUST workout at least three times per week with our personal trainers!
You MUST be able to come with a positive attitude and give us your full attention and effort during your training sessions!
You MUST be ready and committed to making a change! This program will not work if our trainers want to see your transformation occur more than you do. YOU need to be committed to your goals.
You MUST be open to our diet recommendations and willing to communicate with our on staff Registered Dietitian to ensure you are being fueled properly during the 8 weeks!
You MUST be ready for a lifestyle change! We will be working with you during the training sessions, on your diet, and holding you accountable to making these changes to benefit you forever. You need to be ready!
