Taught by our head trainer, Julie Miller, IronFusion is a hybrid of strength training and high-intensity cardio training for optimal fat burn and lean muscle mass production.
IronFusion includes two classes/week plus an additional workout weekly.
pr buster is taught by bryan and is aimed at beating your own personal records!
bryan's class will take you on a journey of lifting, engaging activities and even pulling a truck down the parking lot!
This class runs 8 weeks at a time and is twice a week in the evenings!
