Group Class Membership

All members with our group class membership can take part in these classes weekly!

SPECIALIZED HIIT/STRONG FUSION CLASSES
Movement, cardio, strength, and power.

HIIT and STRONG Fusion is a combination class of maximizing your calorie burn with cardio and strength training movements in a work/rest ratio. We use your own bodyweight along with kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, and more to push your body to new strengths.
