Our HIIT classes are designed to maximize your calorie burn with cardio enhanced by body movements in a work/rest ratio. We can use your own body weight along with kettle bells, dumbbells and medicine balls to encourage lean muscle mass and fat burn!
STRONG classes are all about building your strength, improving your form and pushing you to your next PR.
We will utilize dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells and more to push your body to new strengths. You'll be surprised at how much you'll love it!
